What You Bring
- An active Oregon Aesthetician License
- 1–3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge (medical-grade skincare experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- A passion for medical-grade skincare and advanced treatments
- Professional presence, warmth, and strong communication skills
- A desire to learn and grow in a supportive, high-performing environment
What You May Do in This Role
- Perform aesthetic services including facials, body treatments, chemical peels, LED therapy, sugaring services, and more
- Prepare clients for higher-level medical treatments and assist providers as needed
- Educate clients on pre-/post-care and home care regimens
- Document treatments accurately and professionally
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Provide thoughtful skincare recommendations and treatment plans
- Maintain a polished, compliant, and beautifully organized treatment space
- Support an exceptional experience from consultation to follow-up
